Sofa Burn Test
S/A
Eggum reported: “A portion of the foam rubber [sic] was also
test-burned and it readily supported flame. It did not, however,
‘run’.” As this test demonstrates, when set on fire,
polyurethane foam turns into a river of fire.

Alcohol Burn Test
S/A
Eggum testified that he bought 80-proof Aristocrat vodka at a liquor
store and conducted a burn test with it. Eggum testified that
"the alcohol, it burns very, very clean and very hot. " But
because 80-proof vodka is 60% water,
Dr. Munger could barely get a flicker, and the carpet he used wasn't
even damaged!

When flame is finally
achieved, it is too small to be seen unless the lights are turned off.

At the end of the test, the carpet isn't
even damaged!
