SOMETHING ELES TO CONSIDER:
THE M.E. SAID THAT SHE WAS STRANGLED (NOT SMOTHERED)---HOW DO YOU
STRANGLE SOMEONE AND NOT HAVE TRAMA TO THE FRONT OF THE THROAT? THEY
ONLY PRESENTED TRAMA TO THE BACK OF THE NECK AND LOWER BACK.
STRANGLE-CHOKE TO DEATH.

I AM AMAZED THAT THERE IS
EVEN A QUESTION AS TO WHETHER OR NOT JOHN MALONEY IS ENTITLED TO SOME
KIND OF RE-TRIAL. THERE SHOULD BE A THOROUGH INVESTIGATION
(CONDUCTED BY SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE THEIR REPUTATION AT
STAKE) FOR THE FACT THAT THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY WAS A SCANDALOUS FRAUD.
I BELIEVE HE WAS MISREPRESENTED BY A LAZY ATTORNEY WHO ALREADY
HAD A VERDICT/CONCLUSION IN HIS HEAD. THERE ARE TOO MANY
DISCREPENCIES-TAMPERED EVIDENCE, MISSING EVIDENCE/REPORTS, OUTSIDE
INFLUENCES, AND CROOKED CHARECTERS. SOME VERY VITAL, UNDOUBTABLE
KEY FACTORS AND EVIDENCE WERE NEVER HEARD AT THAT TRIAL.
THE ENTIRE COURT SYSTEM FAILED TO FUFILL THEIR DUTY TO JUSTICE BY
NOT EXPLORING ALL POSSIBILITIES OF THE CAUSE OF DEATH FOR MALONEY'S
WIFE; FORENSIC SCIENTISTS ALL CONCLUDE THAT HOMICIDE WAS NOT
LIKELY! WITH ALL THE ERRORS AND CONTRIBUTING FACTORS IN THIS
CASE-WHY NOT GIVE HIM A NEW TRIAL? I AM EMBARRASSED FOR THE
WISCONSIN JUDICIAL SYSTEM . * I PERSONALLY AM NOT SURE AS TO JOHN
MALONEY'S INNOCENCE, BUT IN THE VERY LEAST HE DESERVES A FAIR RETRIAL
WITH DIFFERENT REPRESENTATION. |

Sad to say, I think Sandy
was a hopeless drunk and John got railroaded by a crooked DA and a
crummugen for a legal defense lawyer. What was Sandy's blood
alcohol level anyway? If John can't get a new trial, this country is in
a world of hurt!!! We look like a group from the Dark Ages. |

HE SHOULD BE GIVEN A NEW
TRIAL AND ALL OF THE EVIDENCE SHOULD BE PRESENTED THIS TIME.
BETWEEN THE CROOKED D.A., THE ALTERATION OF THE FILM (AND A BILL FOR
THAT WORK DONE), AND THE OMISSION OF EVIDENCE (NOTES IN TRASH, BLOOD IN
BASEMENT, NOOSE ETC.)---HE DIDN'T HAVE A FAIR TRIAL.
AS FAR AS THE TRAMA TO THE BACK OF HER NECK AND LOWER BACK: (KEEP IN
MIND THAT SHE WAS DRUNK)---WHAT IF SHE (INTENDING TO HANG HERSELF)
JUMPED FROM THE VCR STACK ON THE COFFEE TABLE AND HIT HER HEAD BUT ALSO
DIDN'T HAVE THE NOOSE TIGHT ENOUGH AND THE KNOT TO THE FRONT OF HER
FACE? WHEN SHE JUMPED IT WOULD HURT THE BACK OF HER NECK THEN SLIP OVER
HER HEAD AND SHE WOULD THEN FALL. MAYBE SHE HURT HER BACK BECAUSE SHE
FELL ONTO SOMETHING.
AT THE VERY LEAST---HE SHOULD GET A NEW TRIAL. |

Based on all the evidence
that the DA Paulis failed to disclose at trial, the fact that he has
been convicted of fixing cases and is now in prison, the obvious
incompetance of his attorney Boyle, Maloney definitely deserves at
minimum a new trial.
Since the prosecution file on the case has obviously been 'stolen' or
'misplaced' on the orders of Paulis, I personally feel that Paulis
didn't care one way or the other about prosecuting the actual guilty
person if there was indeed a true murder. His only concern was to
'get' the easiest person and Maloney being a cop, I think he hoped that
this prosecution if successful would somehow keep him out of jail.
OR....Paulis decided since he knew he was going down and the end
was near, he knew this would be the last case of his 'career' and he
wanted to take someone down with him. Maloney being a cop was the
perfect 'fall guy'.
I think the bottom line of this whole thing can be summed up as a man
in a position of authority that has been proven to be totally corrupt
and had been 'found out' and was going down and wanted to take someone
else with him.
Paulis is/was just one of those mean/nasty people that will do anything
to win. He never cared about true justice, all he wanted was to
win no matter what and I definitely believe he fabricated alot of the
evidence he used against Maloney at trial.
Based solely on Paulis's corruption, I find it terrifying that the
higher courts don't automatically grant a new trial. When the
judicial system is corrupted....and in this case it most certainly
was....what hope do innocent people have? |

A new trial should be
conducted immediately! All cases tried during the time of the
corrupt DA should be retried. From personal experience I had lost
all hope in our judicial system, and this type of thing continues make
me believe we have no hope! |

He should get anther trial
cuz my mom belived that she could have fell asleep with an cigrite in
her hand she. She might even over dosed with some kind of drug.The
sucied notes that were found was enough evidence alone to get a new
trial. My mom and I belive he is not gulity. |

Yes John Ma;loney deserves a
new and fair trial at the least.. I beleive he should be released and
allowed to be with his sons, as he awaits a new trial. Or that he
should simply be released even without a new trial.. How much more of
this man's life do we want to be robbed from him and his sons, as a
rwsult of corruption... ??? |
