I love the spelling being
used in these posts... It really shows why America is grate!!!!
:-)
Oh also, speaking of reasonable doubt... O.J. Simpson, Robert Blake,
Scott Peterson, Eric Rudolph, Mark McGwire, Jose Cansenco, Pete Rose,
Jack the Ripper, Lizzie Borden & John Wilkes Booth... All are/were
innocent beyond a reasonable doubt but some were convicted, some will
be convicted & some just got off scott free!... Isn't the
good ole U.S.A. awesome!!! |

Considering all of the
evidence that was never used, I think the whole case should be thrown
out!! But since we all know that will never happen, yes, he
definately deserves a retrial. Our entire system is now based on
"guilty until proven innocent." Last I heard, it was supposed to
be the other way around! |

Who, and what attorney,
judge, anyone, in the right mind are able to live with themselves and
not give Maloney another/fair trial. I grew up with/my father,
temper, depression and alcoholism...that does NOT mean kill!
If anything it does mean kill yourself. I am very sorry for
Maloney and his children. It appears he would of been better off
with a public defender vs. his attorney who didn't give a damn.
It's very sad that a person has to be wealthy to defend
themselves fairly. Sickening. |

YES!This man John I DON'T
THINK he killed his wife,he needs a new trial and a better
attorney. When the news woman asked Johns attorney a question and the
attorney replied "i can not say this wasn't a murder case,I couldn'y
prove any different."Well john your attorney doesn't need to be
practicing law.Because thats his job. Also how do we know John's
attorney wasn't paid off in some means. The attorney that put John in
jail,if he was taking bribes and only told the jury what they needed to
here. Then i think he withheld evidence and should have been
disbared.John's attorney why didn't he bring some of this evidence up
that the DA DID NOT bring up.This is sad.An attorney wants to run for
office and a big case will get him in only if the man is guilty. So he
made sure John was guilty.THAT IS NOT JUSTICE.THAT IS NOT THE AMERICAN
WAY.That is plum selfish. |

What ever happened to
justice for all? Have you ever seen anything so flagrant? This man
deserves a new trial and should be free while it is going on! How sad
that his children are still the ones to suffer. Let's all keep this man
and his family in our prayers. |

While on drugs she tried to
hang herself. Then fell on her back. This failed so she went to her
vodka, fell asleep and set herself on fire smoking. |

He deserves a new trial.
Any case the D.A. had his hands in should be looked out very
closely. It's obvious to me that the D.A. was never interested in
the truth -- he was just interested in inflating his ego more.
Any representative of the law who abuses the law should get more
than 4 years at some powderuff jail. He should be put away for at
least 10 years in a regular prison.

i think that he deserves a
new trial because of every one going against him and not with him thats
rude and them people should get locked up and the key throwen in the
god dame river and if not i think that they must have been with sandy
and drinking out of her vodka bottle with him or where on drugs while
they were in the court hearing. they all were on marajwana and some
crack and maybe even some coke. so give him another trial i think and
so do alot of other people think that he deserve it. |
