There definately needs to be
another trial, by the looks of it, the people who tried him were
complete idiots. I do believe he is innocent and he needs to be freed
and home with his sons. |

Maloney deserves a new trial
and his lawyer deserves to see all the evidence, including the medical
examiner's evidence they said no one independent of this case was
allowed to see. I know this show was definitely biased toward this
opinion, but I still agree. If for no other reason than to get all the
details that were covered up or "quieted" due to the Maloney's earlier
(bad) lawyer's decision to defend by claiming Maloney's girlfriend did
it (was there ANY evidence to this effect -- I think not). |

Maloney should receive
another trial. There are too many unanswered questions. It
seems the authorities rushed to a decision that he was guilty and
ignored information to the contrary. Now his children are paying the
price. As long as there is a chance he is innocent, he should
have another opportunity to prove it. |

John Malony was a police
detective, in that sense he would be able to kill someone and get away
with it. He would know how to cover it up. Why if he hit
Sandy over the head then strangled her, would he go downstairs to put a
bloody shirt in the hamper, then go back upstairs to set her on fire.
He would know how to cover a murder better than anyone not in law
enforcement, so if he did it, he wouldn't have been caught that soon to
even be convicted IN ONLY 8 DAYS!!!!!!! Think about it, it only
makes sense. [B][U]
HE'S INNOCENT!!!! NEW TRIAL, NEW TRIAL, NEW TRIAL! |

They should convict the
attorney, judge, and medical examiner for corrupt misrepresentation,
exclusion of evidence in this trial. Or where they all sharing
Sandy's vodka bottle?
Party at Sandy's house BYOB, plenty of heat! :-) |

Yes! He deserves a new
trial. This goes to show you that we should always trust God and
not man. The prosecutor was crooked! |

It certainly appears as
though that an overzealous prosecutor persuaded the jury in this case
and i do believe that there is evidence here that the jury never saw
that may be of importance. In summary, John Maloney does in fact
deserve a re-trial to hear ALL the facts and evidence against him.
He deserves that the facts be proven beyond a reasonable doubt
and that reputable professionals be called upon to verify such "facts".

If for no other reason at
all remember that reasonable doubt is a requirement for a not guilty
verdict. With all of the correlations between dates of bribes by
the prosecuting attorney and the disappearance of the fial, AND the
testimony of his boys as to his whereabouts at the time of the murder I
do not see how there can not be reasonable doubt. SET HIM FREE!!!
