This man is proof positive that the criminal justice system is in serious trouble! Let this man have a new trial and be able to get on with what is left of his life. Talk about someone SET UP!! Amazing!

NO!!! he did not murder Sandy - he has been harassed and tortured by the courts - how many times has this happened??
Too many ignorants trying to give evidence that they are not qualified to do so.

Of course he deserves a new trial, even without the new forensic evidence, the conviction of the Prosacutor is enough.

He deserves a new trial. and in "MY" personal opinion will go free. The prosecution was corrupted by Paulus the criminal DA. and with all likelyhood the evidence and new info brought about by outside investigations into the case (Genie Anthony) esspecially, i wouldn't be suprised if the state is going to end up in a wrongful imprisonment lawsuit.

John Maloney deserves a new trial. It is apparent that the evidence submitted was incorrect and also all evidence that should have been submitted to prove his innosence was not entered during his trial.

He should get a new trial.  Too many questions regarding the evidence, his wife and the states attorney left unanswered.

From all that has been presented on this program my husband and I do not understand how this man could possibly be guilty.  It appears that much was left out of his trial that would have made the verdict much different...NOT GUILTY!

I think everyone who is faced with so many things that don't add up as in this case deserves a new trial.  Our justice system works the same as corporate America, leave out the important information so that the scale is tipped to the hands of those who have personal gains or personal stakes involved.

The Prosecuting Attorney in this case here did not turn over all evidence to the Defense Attorney.  Regardless whether or not the evidence is used or not used in trial, to be a fair trial, ALL evidence used or not should be turned over by the Prosecuting and Defense Attorney's.  The biggest problem in our justice system is both sides are more interested in winning than deriving the truth.
