I do believe that Maloney
does derserve a new and fair trial. It is common knowlegde. As I watch
this showing of this tv program, that he did not do it and he did not
get a fair trial. I agree 100%. But, that is me. I believe that
everyone should get a fair trial. I see the mom said that he did it
nobout, but my question is was she there to see what ecutaly happened.
No, unless she did it. So she can not say that he drove there and
killer her daughter. To the sons, I am very sorry and I hope your
father does get a new trial. Well, if you agree with me that is great,
but if you don't thats you. You can have your on ideas. This is mind

no one knows for sure if
Malony ever really threatened his wife. She was a prescription
drug addict and an alcoholic. People with addictions to anything
of the sort, makes them dilusional. He deserves a new trial.
The woman got drunk and spilled her bottle after lighting a
cigarette, and fell asleep with it still lit. It happens all the
time unfortunately. Only forensics will be able to tell what
really happened which is something that should have been done 7 years
ago. He should be free now for mistrial. Inconclusive
evidence. How can you convict a man after only 8 days, and a
mothers hunch, so everyone goes with it. Bull*#@+ |

He deserves a new trial
Too many things are questionable and the prosecuter just adds confusion.
Maloney seems to have some issues he needs to resolve, but murder
probably wouldn't be on his list of issues.

He deserves a new trial, too
many things don't add up. If he is guilty - it will come out in the
end.
After the corruption in the DA office, he deserves a second chance.

John Maloney is not guilty...
She tried to hang herself & when that didn't work, she set the sofa
on the fire... The D.A. was out to make a name for himself at the
expense of Mr. Maloney. She was a drunk & a loser... She hit
her head on the table, bled, took a shower & went upstairs drunk...
She got what she deserved... |

and i am not a big fan of the
phrase reasonable doubt, I think it should be replaced with Common
Sense, which by the way can't be learned and not everyone has common
sense
hence the Oj verdict and Robert Blake |
