Timeline

There are many discrepancies between the police timeline and the TRUTH. The police have chosen 7:00 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. as the time of the murder. As you will read there is no way possible that my Dad was at my Mom's house killing her.

7:00-7:15 a.m. I leave for school.

7:00-8:45 a.m. My Dad helps Sean and Aaron get ready for school (getting clothes ready, making lunches, etc.)

8:00 a.m. My Dad calls his attorney, for the divorce, to confirm a 9:30 a.m. appointment

Around 8:45 a.m. Tracy leaves for work, Sean and Aaron leave for school shortly before or after her.

9:28 a.m. My Mom purchases a 375 ML bottle of Aristocrat vodka and a pack of Marlboro Lights cigarettes at Copp’s Liquor.

9:30 a.m. My Dad is at his appointment with his attorney for two and a half hours.

2:50-3:00 p.m. I arrive home from school, my Dad and I leave to Wisconsin Avenue, the house we just moved out of, and still had things at. The main reason we went there was to get bolts for Sean and Aaron's bunk that would be put together later that night and is a key point in this case. Also we got stuff to make spaghetti, and some clothes.

3:12pm My Mom calls my grandmother (Lola), but hangs up before anyone answers

3:13pm My Mom calls my grandmother again, my grandmother said, "Sandy said John is bringing the kids over at 6, keeps saying she loves me so much, and crying, and says she's sorry". My Mom couldn't see us unless she called to make arrangements for a visit. She never did that.

3:30 p.m. my Dad and I get back to Menlo Park duplex, shortly before Ginny and Barbara arrive.

3:45 p.m. Sean and Aaron arrive home from school.

3:30pm to 5:00 p.m. My Dad, Ginny, Barbara, my brothers and me are all putting things away that are in boxes, bringing a big table in from the garage, and starting to make spaghetti.

5:00 p.m. My Dad leaves to Wisconsin Avenue to get the coffee maker, coffee, and silverware to eat dinner that night with. While my Dad was on his way there Tracy calls Menlo Park duplex and asks me to talk to my Dad, I told her he wasn't there, she thought I was lying to her, so she said she isn't going to play games with me and hung up. After that she paged my Dad and he stopped at a gas station to call her back.

5:30-5:40 p.m. My Dad gets back to Menlo duplex, so this means that my Dad, Ginny, Barbara, my brothers and I are all there. On my Dad's way back Tracy paged my Dad 2 to 3 times. As my Dad was walking in the door Tracy was calling. My Dad said he can't talk to her now, and they hung up.

6:00 p.m. Ginny, Barbara, and I leave to take me to an indoor baseball practice on the other side of town, we were running late cause I ate spaghetti.

6:03pm My mom calls my grandmother, my grandmother said that, "Sandy was telling me how upset and depressed she was because John won't bring kids over. She said she couldn’t fight trying to bring the kids over. She kept telling me she was very tired and wanted to go to sleep. She just kept telling me how sorry she was for causing so much grief" Once again my Mom couldn't see us unless she called to make a visit in a public place, she never did that. So she was lying to my grandmother. From being around my Mom, I know for a fact she lied to my grandmother a lot.

6:05-6:10 p.m. My Dad, Sean, and Aaron are all sitting down eating spaghetti

6:20pm My Dad and Sean start doing dishes, and cleaning off counters, Aaron is upstairs in his room.

6:39pm Mark Burns (Jody Pawlak's boyfriend) calls my Mom's house, does not leave message, does not talk to my Mom. Phone is taken off the hook at my Mom's house.

6:40-6:45 p.m. Tracy arrives home from work, she usually got home from work at 4:00 p.m., Why was she 2 hours and 40 minutes late? (She was late because she had to wait for everyone from her work to leave because she was looking up to see if my Mom had gotten any money from a car accident settlement [which she wasn't supposed to be doing], she was always worried that my Mom had money that she didn't know about.) At this time Sean and my Dad were finishing up cleaning the kitchen. When Tracy walked in the door she made it a point to say, " I'm going upstairs to put my gun away." What is the point of that, she usually kept her gun in a lock box in her IRS work truck, why was it upstairs that night? While she is upstairs my Dad starts warming up some spaghetti and getting coffee for her.

6:48pm While my Dad and Tracy are in the garage smoking; the telephone rings and Tracy ran inside to answer it. The call was concerning a candle order Tracy had placed. While Tracy was on the phone my Dad gave her the spaghetti that he had warmed up for her earlier. She pushed the spaghetti away because she was busy on the phone, NOT because my Dad and her were in an argument about their relationship. This is very important because the DCI says that my Dad and Tracy got in an argument about their relationship because of my Mom and Dad's divorce. They also say that this is one of the motives for killing my Mom, which as you can tell, no argument ever happened. While Tracy was on the phone my Dad went to the living room to get the bolts to put together Sean and Aaron's bunk bed.

6:50pm-7:45pm My Dad, Sean, and Aaron are upstairs putting the bunk beds together. During that time, Tracy stands in the doorway and is laughing at how cute Aaron is because he is using tools on the bunk beds.

DCI's Version of the "Murder"
DCI says that my Dad went over to my Mom's house to kill her at 7:00. They say he took the (4) minute ride from Menlo Park road to Huth Street, parked his car (2) blocks away, walked to the house, got in the house, beat my Mom, strangled & suffocated her on the couch, ripped her shirt off and ran it to the downstairs hamper to hide it, came back upstairs, placed all these "trailers" on and around the couch, placed cigarette butts and cigarette ashtrays all over the house to make it look like an accidental fire, opened my Mom's bedroom window approx. 3-4 inches, closed the blind in front of the window, started the fire on and around the couch, locked the side door from the outside, walked away UNSEEN back to the car (2 blocks away), drove back to Menlo Park road (4 minutes away). DCI never said how he got back into Menlo without anyone knowing he was gone, or knowing he came back.
The TRUTH
My Mom had to be dead a little while after the 6:39 phone call. She also had to be dead a good deal of time before the 7:35 phone call. If you look at the frame of time that they say my Dad killed my mom, it doesn't make sense. They say he was there from 7:00 to 7:45. There is proof from that 7:35 phone call that the fire had to have started a little before or right at 7:00 to get hot enough to reach the phone 15-20 feet away from the couch and melt the phone to act as if it were on the hook. As for these "trailers" around the couch, I can explain those. My Mom twisted up the ends of tissues, and picked out the white puss substance that accumulated in the corner of everyone's eyes. The ashtrays and cigarette butts that were around the house were always like that, my Mom was a careless smoker. What sense would it have made to set all this stuff up to make it look like an accident, when the fire department would of destroyed all of this anyhow when they came to put out the fire Sean and Aaron have both said that my Dad was there with them putting the beds together in that time frame anyway. No they have not made that up, as some people have stated.

7:35pm My Mom's "friend", Lynn, calls. This call goes through because the phone has melted from the heat of the fire as if the receiver is on. This is another important point because now my Mom is already dead and my Dad would have to do all the things listed above in (31) minutes, which in humanly impossible. PLUS the fire would have to be hot enough to melt a phone that was 15-20 feet away from the point of origin that in itself is impossible. From this point on my mother is no longer alive.

7:45pm Tracy walks upstairs, with her black leather coat already on, to get my Dad to come down and have a cigarette with her.

7:50pm My Dad and Tracy are outside having a cigarette. Tracy says that my Dad was shaking as if he were nervous about something. Now, it is February, in Green Bay, Wisconsin, he was wearing a short-sleeved polo shirt. Tell me you wouldn't be cold, shaking with a T-shirt on in the middle of a Wisconsin winter. Common sense.

7:55pm my brother Sean goes outside to tell my Dad he had to pick my up on the other side of town from baseball practice.

8:00-8:05pm My Dad leaves to pick me up, on his way he stopped to get a Fudge Round, and (2) packs of cigarettes at a gas station.

8:25pm my Dad picks me up from baseball practice. On the way back we stopped at Dairy Queen to get me a Peanut Buster Parfait. For anyone that needs to know the route back was: Military to Velp to Velp Exit on to Highway 43 to Mason Street Exit to Mason, right on Alpine, left on Finger Road, then right to Menlo Park Road.

9:00-9:05pm my Dad and I get back to Menlo

9:10pm My Dad and Tracy leave to take things back, and to get things that matched the Menlo Duplex. DCI says that one of the motives for my Dad to kill my Mom was because Tracy was going to leave my Dad. If Tracy were going to leave my Dad why would she want to go to the stores and get things to set up a household? They went to East Town Mall, Kohl's and, Wal-Mart. After they went to the stores, they went to Wisconsin Avenue where my Dad washed and ironed clothes that were needed for Court the next morning. While my Dad was at Wisconsin Ave. Tracy was at Lindy's (1.5 miles away) getting groceries. She is gone 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes.

12:00-12:30 a.m. My Dad and Tracy arrive back to Menlo Park. Tracy said that when they got back to Menlo my Dad was pacing back and forth in the kitchen, she and DCI made a big deal of this but, the fact of the matter is my Dad was putting away the groceries that TRACY had bought at LINDY'S.
